What car insurance coverage do I need? I would like to know so I know how much car insurance I should get.

After calculating your auto car insurance quote based on your needs, you can now determine if you can still afford your likes. Following are some additional coverage suggested by experts for you to check:

• The general recommendation for liability limits in Pennsylvania are: $15,000 for bodily injury liability for one person injured and $30,000 for all people injured in an accident, and $5,000 property damage.
• Get an insurance equivalent to your total assets. Some insurance lawyers will go after your assets. But if you don’t have assets, then don’t buy extra coverage.
• You do not need to get both the collision and comprehensive coverage. Check for statistics about ‘hot cars’ (car types that are most likely to be stolen). If your model is in the list, then comprehensive coverage is a good coverage to add to your policy. If you are safe driver and less likely to be totaled in mishap, then you can leave out collision coverage.
